The homeowner and our Certified UltimateStager™ will tour the entire home with the ‘buyer’s eye’ in mind. The review starts at the curb and ends in the basement. Our team will assess room by room. Verbal recommendations are given onsite, followed by a detailed 19 page written report that will be left with the homeowner to be put into action. Depending on the size of your home, this option will take a minimum of 90 minutes.
If your budget allows it, let our team do some of the work. This option starts with a Consultation. Based on the Consultation, the team, with your input, will come up with an action plan. Once the home has been de-cluttered, repairs and painting completed, we will return to complete the showcasing of your home. We will edit and use your existing furniture, accessories and artwork to achieve maximum visual impact.
We do it all! You can hire us to carry out all of the recommendations outlined in our consultation. Our team will creatively mix your furnishings with rental furniture and accessories from our extensive inventory to create the WOW factor that will appeal to every potential buyer. Full home staging also includes de-staging when the home is sold.
