Hiring a professional comes with expectations. Susan at Polka Dot Home Staging came to me as a reference. Great reference!!! Susan contacted me quickly and was punctual at our appointment date. First foot in the door, Susan was looking , observing, using her 'eye to detail' skills. Susan took her time and double checked everything. what I appreciated the most from Susan was her willingness to share 'why' I should accept her instructions and suggestions, rather than ' just do it'.
